Claire SAUER, Administrative assistant,Claire Sauer is the administrative assistant of the team
Mostafa ADIMY, Inria Senior Researcher ,Mostafa Adimy is senior researcher (DR) at INRIA since September 2009. He got his Habilitation (HDR) in mathematics at the University of Pau in 1999. His research direction is focused on the analysis of functional differential equations with delay. In addition, he has worked for about ten years on the modelling of haematopoiesis and its disorders and has directed 4 theses on this subject.
Samuel BERNARD, CNRS Junior researcher,Samuel Bernard is a CNRS junior researcher at Institut Camille Jordan (Lyon1) since 2007. He defended his thesis at the University of Montreal, Montreal in 2003. He works on nonlinear delay differential systems, analyzing their stability (especially for continuous distributed delay systems). He focuses especially on modelling the synchronization of the circadian clock, and population model of the cell cycle.
Fabien CRAUSTE, CNRS junior resarcher,Fabien Crauste got his Phd in applied mathematics from the University of Pau in 2005 and is currently a CNRS junior researcher at the Institut Camille Jordan UMR 5208 (Math Dept), University Lyon 1. His research activity focuses on mathematical biology, mainly multiscale modelling of cell proliferation and differentiation (during erythropoiesis for instance) and computational biology, and mathematical analysis of transport equations and delay differential equations.
Olivier GANDRILLON, CNRS senior researcher,Olivier Gandrillon obtained his PhD in 1989. He started his own independent group at the CGMC in 1999 and has been an independent team leader for the past 11 years. He was awarded DR2 CNRS in 2009. He is interested in understanding the molecular basis for self-renewal, and for this to apply system's biology approaches involving intense collaboration between biologists, mathematicians.
Thomas LEPOUTRE, Inria junior researcher,Thomas Lepoutre got his PhD in applied mathematics in University Paris 6, and is currently INRIA junior resarcher in DRACULA project-team. His works concerns partial differential equations arising in population dynamics, especially in cell cycle dynamics, prion proliferation and motion of species.
Laurent PUJO-MENJOUET, Assistant professor,Laurent PUJO-MENJOUET is currently associate professor at the Camille Jordan Institute (math department of the Lyon 1 University). His research is dedicated to some contribution to the understanding of some problems related to hematopoiesis: lineage choice, modeling of chronic myeloid leukemia and cell marker studies. He is also involved in other projects and mainly the study of prion dynamics.
Léon TINE, Assistant professor,Leon TINE is currently associate professor at the Camille Jordan Institute (math department of the Lyon 1 University). His research is dedicated to the analysis of asymptotic behaviour of models from physics or biology, on the theoretical and numerical level. He especially focuses on models with coagulation and fragmentation mechanisms.
Céline VIAL, Assitant Professor,Céline Vial is an assistant professor at the University Claude Bernard (Lyon 1).
Vitaly VOLPERT, Senior researcher,Vitaly Volpert is a CNRS research director at Institut Camille Jordan (Lyon 1). He is specialized on elliptic and parabolic equations and reaction-diffusion systems. He particularly consider applications to chemistry , biology and medicine. He is also working on hybrid discrete continuous models.
